By using SehatSaver (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What SehatSaver is
SehatSaver is an informational tool that lets users in Pakistan search medicines, find cheaper DRAP-approved generic alternatives, and compare lab-test prices across laboratories. It is not a pharmacy, a laboratory, a healthcare provider, or a booking agent.
2. Not medical advice
Content on SehatSaver is for general information only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Active ingredients may be identical between brands, but different brands can contain different inactive ingredients. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist before switching a prescription, starting a medicine, or acting on any lab result.
3. Accuracy of prices & data
- Medicine and lab prices are gathered from public sources and laboratories’ own booking pages and may change without notice.
- Prices for labs we could verify directly are shown as such; other labs’ figures are clearly labelled as estimates.
- We make no warranty that any price, availability, or detail is current, complete, or error-free. Confirm the final price directly with the pharmacy or laboratory.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Third-party names
Brand names, laboratory names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products and services for comparison. Their inclusion does not imply any endorsement or partnership unless stated.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SehatSaver and its operators are not liable for any loss or harm arising from reliance on information shown here, including pricing differences or health decisions. You use the service at your own risk.
7. Changes to the service and terms
We may modify or discontinue features and may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
